SMARTPHONES FROM FNB SEEM TO BE REJECTS

I purchased a blackberry Z10 from fnb 3 months ago, the one they sent to me was faulty and I returned it before 7 days, it took a month for me to get another phone from them yet was still debited on time for the contract, they sent me a new phone and a mere two months down the line the phone just switches off whenever it feels like it and the speaker for me to receive calls is distorting and I cannot hear a thing. So does this mean I have always keep sending this phone in every 2 months and waiting another month to get it back? meanwhile I do not have another phone to make and receive calls... By reading all the other complaints I can see I am not the only one. I want this contract cancelled and they can take their scrap metal back.
