WHAT THE IS GOING ON?

Since October 2012 this people is phoning me and says I owe them money. Something like R291. Then I said okay but first send me a statement so that I can see when was the last payment being made. Then for a couple of days, sometimes a few weeks later they will phone again and ask when will I pay this money. Then again I will ask for a statement. Up to toaday stil nothing. This people start phoning to my work (I am not allowed to take my phone in at work and are not allowed to receive phone calls at work). Then they start phoning my mother etc. And everytime they promise me they will send me a statement... But still nothing. How do I even know in which account do I need to pay and how do I know IF THIS DEBT IS NOT OLDER THAN 3 YEARS... Please phone my wife and she will help you. I am done with you, she will handle everything!!!
