Keeps calling again and again and again

They seem to call me about every 2 weeks. ( -)
Never mind what I tell them they call me again after a while.
They are always friendly and tell me they won't call again but they do...

How hard can it be to just NOT call somebody?!
Clearly their telemarketing system is quite incompetent.
Also judging by the number of different people that called me by now they are spending a lot of money employing people to make phone calls.
Both makes me believe it would be a very bad idea to invest with these people.
