I have a problem with the one teller/enquiries staff at the Molteno branch. Whenever I phone to get bank statements for the company I work for (I have authority to do so) all I get from him is "call back when the manager is done because I don't do such kind of work". Whenever I work with him his attitude is bad too, very abrupt with how he talks to you. Worst of all is his cell phone. He sits there listening to his choice of music blaring from the headset of the phone WHILE WORKING WITH YOU!! How is that allowed? Let's not get started on how he starts to sing along to whatever is playing if no one is talking to him!

With the current situation in Molteno with us not having an ATM (this I completely understand because of the electrical problems we have here, but would greatly help if it was sorted out ASAP) it is highly important that you have staff who is friendly and fast to help everyone who needs money deposited and money withdrawn. I, for one, don't have the time to stand for 1 hour in the bank to deposit money and listen to him singing.
