Can't keep track of actual money available

1. Online banking shows balance and available balance, but does not indicate where the difference is. This difference is due to "offline" transactions. Why do these transaction need to be hidden? Can they not be listed under pending or "offline" in order for for the user to see exactly what is going on in his/her account?

2. Notify - this is suppose to be very useful in order to keep track of how much money is left in the bank. Unfortunately these sms's give you the Balance which is not the Available balance and therefore does not help at all. I still do not know what is actually left in the bank. Could the user please be sent the available balance instead. (so that he/she does not have to guess which sales have gone through and which sales are still off line, cause these can take more than 3 days to show in the Balance)
