I laid a claim with Indwe on the 12th of June for a repair to my vehicle. on the 18th of June i handed my car into the panel beaters which they confirmed the repair for. The vehicle is a french car which had its lock damaged, so importing of the locks were necessary. 30 days later the vehicle is still not repaired and not ready to be released, Since they knew the locks would take approximately 2 weeks to get into the country Indwe should have advised the panel beaters to notify me when i could bring my vehicle in. Now 30 days later i will be without my own vehicle or a courtesy vehicle which i have asked for.

I have called the call centre on the 15th of July to extend the car hire (which i refuse to pay for because i do not believe i am liable) but i was told that it will be escalated and someone will contact me, which hasn't happened yet! Utter poor service for a loyal customer! Now i will be carless and even more frustrated than ever! Your service delivery, particularly in the call centre, is totally unprofessional and poor!
