Debit order stuff up

Capitec bank is useless at listening and understanding or they just don't do what they say they will. I have complained numerous times about my debit order date and they still try every month. This means they run the debit order when I have no funds in my account and I get charged penalties each time! I get sms notification that I need to pay my account when I've done so in cash and then they decide to try the debit order again even thought the sms states "Ignore if paid". Simplify banking my backside.
