CLEINT WITH FNB WHEN SUITES THEM

I have been trying to arrange with the bank for the past 3 days and no one even bothers to help I have debt orders going off and have asked to arrange to give me 3 days grace as I know I have debt orders going off and not once have I not had money not showing in my account just the timing is out but the FNB will rather let your account go in the minus before they will help me and I just feel why do we have to have banks if FNB rather allows you to owe them money before FNB will help you...
