Outsurance
Money deducted from my account without my knowlege

About a month ago one of the outsurance consultant called me and she wanted to give a qoute .we spoke and the qoute was not bad, then i told her that i still have to speak with my current insurer and that if i have agreement terms with my current insurer then i won't take my car for inspection.this means that i won't be covered by outsurance. secondly i have asked the lady to send me a copy of recordings and she never send any, thirdly i have not receive the copy of my contract. but then my money was deducted on my account. my question is which car are you covering as you deducted my money. i want my money back you don't cover my car.
