Still no joy with standard bank

The simple truth is that Standard bank does not give a about their customers.since my last post I have received 2 calls to confirm details of my application and surprisingly enough was advised that I have a savings account and that there is a stop order going of my cheque to my savings.wow I have applied for a savings account yes and was advised that some1 would call me to advise me of that account number needles to say that neva happened. I also received a email the same they post as response on my report on this site.up to today no1 is able to provide me with the answers I need.nothing at all.so for me I'm done with this service.
