Informed that my insurance will be cancelled

I have been informed today by a Miway Consultant that my insurance will be cancelled and I need to get other insurance by the end of the week otherwise I will not be covered. He stated that they do reviews and we are seen as high risk clients due to our claims. I have claimed a Wind screen for my car, only received a R1000 for the contents out of the caravan and had a claim for a cell phone. This was very disappointing as I am a client with Miway for almost three years and then they let you know on such short notice that they will not cover you anymore. This is very poor service and very unprofessional.
