I have just joined Hollard Insurance and was told they will need to inspect my car. I was told they would give me a call regarding the inspection and i should give them my details. Thereafter i was told i could arrange a time and date for the inspector to do the vehicle inspection and i could say when and where.

I got a call today 14H38 from (071 491 0408) 02/09/13 and the guy asked me where he could meet me.

"i told him seen that i will not be using the car this week, can he come inspect the car at my home" i was told that this can be done. Then the guy comes with a sloppy attitude, asking if we can't meet at my workplace. Taking into consideration that i told him i wont be using the car this week. However i said if you not willing to come inspect the car at my place then i will rather use PG glass and do the inspection there. Then he said ok seeing that you prefer that way which i didn't, the call then ended.

Now i would like to know: Why give me the option to choose "where and when, time and date" and then when the inspector phones with a stinky attitude, things need to go his way or no way???

Please refresh my memory as to why i chose Hollard? Convenient or not?
