No response - 3 weeks and 5 emails later!!!

I have spoken to Buyisa at the call centre almost 3 weeks ago to change my details on the system for all shares I own. I emailed through to her the forms (as well as to the general forms email address), as she requested and have been emailing her ever since but there has been no response. I then got hold of Jean on Thursday last week who said she would action this for me. Hopefully it will happen. I have made numerous calls to Link, and it is really wasting my time and money.
