There was a promotion of the MTN Zakhele shares few years back and I was interested in buying the shares for the sake of my children, and when I was there buying them the teller at the Diepkool post officetold me that I can not buy the shares cause I did not have a prove of residential, and true I did not have it because at that time I was not employed and did not have anything letter coming for me, therefore I asked my partner to buy them for me with the money I accumulated whilst I was owning a little business, and I have all the receipts with me, after he passed on I communicated with them letting them know what has happened and they send me some forms to fill in and post them, I did that and could not get hold of his Identity doc, I communicated all this with them via email, its been 3 months now, when I call I can't find any of the people I spoke it, I take about 30 to 45 minutes on the phone and still no answers, when I ask them why are things not changed to my name they tell me that they don't know and Mary is the one handling the account and still I can't get hold of her, I can't fight with them anymore, I want everything to be processed so that I can leave everything to
