What a headache!

I'm a shareholder and last year when registration opened for trading I changed my banking details. Unfortunately for me dealing with Link Market Services was a headache it took them a whole month to change them. But thanks to Buyiswa it was sorted and when I logged on the mtnz website they were there. Wednesday I sold my shares only to find today that my banking details are nowhere to be seen. It's just blank. I called the mtnz call centre and thank for Terrie she actually told me there is a question mark next to them. She advised me to liaise with LMS and eventually when i got through Nomvula offered to assist but I had to go fill in the change of details form AGAIN-something I did last year already. I then emailed her my stuff but there's been no response. When I try to get hold of her he Rikki lady with a very st#inking attitude and no customer service skills at all (and needs yo be fired) kept on putting me on hold. Right now I really don't care whose fault it was but I need my banking details sorted out and my money in my account before Wednesday. If I didn't need the money I wouldn't have sold the shares. I am beyond #$&:$;! Errors or not I want my money in my account
