What a bad service eve

I transrefed shares to my child in 2011 and have been requesting confirmation of transfer ever since but nothing was send to me even though i have made several calls to link marketing services, is been 3 years and nothing was send to me. when i check the address is something that i don't even understand myself the administrator combined the street with town to make his/her own address and when i tell them to correct the address i being told to fill in form to do that, the address was never changed is link marketing typist who typed hi/her rumble instead of the correct address as specified on the form, i am not employed by link marketing and i can't afford to be taken from pillar to post due to negligence of administrators, i want my address fixed and all communications from 2011 to date be send to me and lastly correct my address pls i can't pay for incompetence of your own administration.
