Restore Policy Rip Off

Have been having the restore policy with Dial direct all along with my policy and have never claimed and now my cars have scratches and to log a claim with Dial direct to repair this, they are coming up with lots of stories and very unhelpful from their call centre either, This is just one of a rip off for me, as what the use of one having the policy and yet they are not able to pay. All the years I have been paying just down the drain. I had the ultimate respect for Dial Direct but this time I am considering my options with them.
