I'm trying to cancel my policy with Outsurance. Due to technical difficulties, I'm not able to phone from my cell and not allowed to phone from my work. Sending an email (on-line form) to outsurance only got me an electronic copy of my policy and a brochure on why they are the best. Replying to those emails resulted in an automated response saying my email will be deleted. Complaining on their website and requesting a callback resulted in my comment not being posted and the sound of silence on my phone. You are creating unnecessary barriers for clients to overcome when it comes to things like cancellations which is unfair. All I require is an email address to which I can send my cancellation letter.
