Virgin Money Insurance don't want to pay

I was told to write a dispute after Bongani and his team from Virgin Money insurance refused to make a payments for my car. I wrote a dispute and submitted it, the respond was, they will come back to me after 5/7 working days. On the 5th day a lady named Bervely called and say to me they are still attending my dispute from there she never came back to me until I made a follow up and decide to call her. then she told me they still stick on the first answer then I told her to send me a document where they have responded of which she promised to send it to me within and hour, I am counting weeks now without having any respond of my dispute.

This insurance company played me, the sad part is ever since I bought my car I never skip even a single month not paying my monthly installment.

The time I agree with them I thought I have found a better solution by I never know that I was bringing trouble into my life

Now they don't want fix my car neither to send me a respond of my dispute.

I'll not keep quiet with this, If James from speak out need us to do his job. I am going to be one of his candidate so that the whole South Africa will know about this. Soon watch Speak Out at SABC 2.
