A month or so ago i applied for this Ucount ova the phone with a consultant an applied for my Ucount, i received my papers a few days ago, and then i used the internet to activated my account, somehow i lost my log in details for my Ucount rewards an i went to the bank thinking a consultant would help me in retrieving my details again but i was given a number to phone that i could be helped, but i am a customer so why should i call for them to help me. Anyway i have called an emailed standard bank numoroustimes for them to help me but all i get in response is, SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE SOMEONE WILL ATTEND TO YOUR QUERY, but still no one has helped me with this... =(
