Empty Promises

I opened a cheue account on the 5th of October and received a e-mail informing me that if I deposit R500 into my Cheque account before the 11th of November, I will receive 5000 ebucs points. Its now been 2 months and 2 salary cheques paid into my cheque account and no ebucs. I phoned ebucs and FNB and evryone is clueless. What a ;(
