My car was involved in a car accident about 2 weeks ago, i processed claimwith Santam and i was very happy with the claim logged and service received, then, on the 23 August 2013, i went to inspect the vehicle and was shocked to see that the one Front Headlight was being replaced but not the other one, it is actually sad because the the 2 front headlights don`t match the colors are different, i feel that is unacceptable, i then spoke with the assessor Zayd Bhamjee on the 26/8 and he told me he will escalate to his superiors, on the 27/8 i called him back and he informed me that he spoke to his superior and there is nothing they can do, i then decided to e mail both Robbie Vyce and Franscois Pieterse on the 27/8, stating my dissatisfaction, to date none of them even got back to me, Is this customer service? How can you replace one headlight with one color and the other colr is different, Does not make sense to me at all? I NEED URGENT INTERVENTION IN THIS MATTER! VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!
