Month ends out of service -ATM's

What a ridiculous service i have had for the past 2 months... Every month end, its either the ATM are out of service or out of cash..."Perfect timing Capitec Bank". I have been to 3 diffrent branched today and most Capitec ATMs were out of service. u phone the call centre and they dont have answers... I mean really now. My husbnd opened an account wit Capitec 4 months ago and he decided to go back to FNB. Yes thier interests are high but you get the best service. With capitec, i tried to access my cellphone banking but its constantly temporariry unavailable... What the is happening with Capitec... very soon im moving my account..today was the worst service I had with captec.
