FNB staff beyond incompetent

One would assume that FNBs slogan, 'How may we help you? ' would warrant the companies agents for being in the least bit friendly. I have attempted to call regarding the issue that I last complained about and got transferred from agent to agent, and twice got hung up on, even though my demeanour was not in any way rude.

I do not want an apology from anyone because your apologies mean as much to me as a colony of maggots feasting on a decomposing body - absolutely nothing!! I am requesting to be called as soon as possible to resolve my matter. And I request to be called by something with enough serotonin in their brain to stimulate logical thought processes.

Your customer service is pathetic and judging by the complaints I have seen when searching for related issues, I am not the only one who views it this way.

I request that the agent that called me on Tuesday call me back as soon as possible. It is beyond pathetic that I have to wait 3 days to receive feedback for a phone call that he advised that he would make to Maharaj Attorneys. Furthermore I would like to request a recording of the phone call as well and all my correspondence with FNB.
