No help from ABSA

I am banking with ABSA. About 3month ago a company called Stratcor had taken funds off my bank account.
I do not know who they are and the amount is also unknown to me and very time i have to go into the bank to go and received it back in to my bank. the last time i asked if it will happen again and i was told no they where blocked from talking any more funds off your account. Guess what it happened again today, and the answer ABSA is giving me is to come into the Branch again to do the transfer but i am losing out on the bank charges.
The best off all is that i have not open any email links or sms links.
So South Africa how safe is our bank account really and what must one do to prevent this from happening to one self. Clearly ABSA does not even try to stop this from happening 3 times in a row
