R200 To Beat My Premium a Farce

A consultant from MIWAY called to sell me their short term products, with a promise to pay me R200 should they have an offer higher that what I was currently paying with my existing provider. He had me on the phone for over half hour while gathering all my information, only to excuse himself at the end of the call saying his system had just gone offline. Conveniently as we were waiting for it to load their counter offer. He promised to call back shortly. He didn't but instead a few day later another one calls me again with the same offer, and I explain to them that I had sat with an agent for over 30 minutes and am still waiting for his feedback regarding the counter offer - she searched for my details and located my profile, asked me a few details again to "complete the quote" and she too vanished, saying there was a system AGAIN.
Clearly there is no truth and no credibiity to this strategy MIWAY has employed to market their products. They are people of their time and crooking us out of data and private information.

I demand that my details be removed from the database and my R200 to be paid out to me as I have been promised as cleary they could not beat my premium.
