Are the call center agents on holiday?!?

Friday 30/08/2013, I have been calling 011 320 3000 and for every Desmond Dude voice prompt I select, he tells me "Our offices have closed, have a good day" and hangs up. I selected "9" for the switch-board services, no one is answering. I've been calling since 8:00 till 13:00.

I thought these were operating hours:

Monday-Thursday 08h00-17h00
Fridays 08h30-16h00
Saturdays 09h00-13h00

All I want is to terminate my policy, and its frustrating because tomorrow the debit order goes through.
