MISLEADING INFO

So how stupid do these people think we are? There is no such thing as something for free. It always comes with some form of terms and conditions. My wife was contacted on a Saturday stating that she won a free holiday for herself and a partner. Then a lengthy conversation was struck up and my wife was told that this isn't timeshare (hence the misleading information) according to the CPA I can claim this holiday and they would be liable for the fees, but there is no listing for this company and they keep calling with a private number. Then just after 8 my wife gets another call, ( Holidays Act, 1994 (Act No. 36 of 1994);
(b) Saturdays before 09h00 and after 13h00; and
(c) all other days between the hours of 20h00 and 08h00 the following day, except to the extent that the consumer has expressly or implicitly requested or agreed otherwise. 2 Direct marketing may not be timed to be delivered to the consumer during the prohibited times referred to in item 1 above unless expressly, in writing, agreed to by the consumer. ) So kindly don't irritate us anymore or further steps will be taken. When I asked what this is about, the lady said they explained it to my wife. Something to hide?
