Investec client service becoming automated/robotic

I have been banking with Investec Private Bank now for almost 10 years, and I have always been proud amongst my friend to always boast on the great personalised service i receive.
Recently though Investec is just following the trends of the other banks in south africa and their service is just becoming "automated" so te speak.
In my example, i receive my salary from spain since I started working for a newly created south african branch of said company.
Now investec has erred me for every single month since I first received it.
a) The first month I got an incorrect swith code
b) I signed a mandate, but this is not working since the amount changes due to some disbursements
c) The fx department was closed on the last business day of the month
d) Etc etc.
I fail to see how a transaction so predictable cant be better dealt with.
I have since tried to switch to FNB, but this also was a mess.. Will have to type another complaint..
