Nothing changes, you still bully your clients

You call me about 4 times a day. Never introduce yourselves but demand to know who I am after calling me and not listening to who answers the phone. Get you script right so that its not rude. Really its shocking.

To add to that, I object to my phone calls being recorded. How dare you try to force this on me. If you treated your clients with respect you would not record the calls or you would have a plan B for clients who value their privacy, like me. How dare you do this!

Then of course I am expected to give my personal details on the phone to someone who says that they are from standard bank. No proof so I keep asking you to mail me. IT NEVER HAPPENS! What kind of a are you playing at? Your details in your system are not correct despite me updating them. Your low level of competence astounds me.
Finally, the notes made on your supposed system are vague, false and inaccurate. Again, a low level of competence.
Nothing changes, you do not send me the mail I request but you keep phoning and harassing me. Really, your approach to your customers is so poor.
I am now looking forward to your mail trying to justify why all the above is ok in treatment of your clients
