POOR SERVICE!!!

I wrote an e-mail to the Standard Bank Customer Resolution centre on the 12/12/2013, regarding the shocking and poor service we have received from the Port Elizabeth Executors (Norma Jones) dealing with our late Mother's estate. After about a week on the 19/12/13 I received a call from a dis-interested Nkululeko Sithole (who by the way is a Hello Peter Resolution Specialist) whose apology sounded cold with no sincerity. All he did was forward me an e-mail from the executors basically stating what an executor did, and did not even try to resolve the complaint. He said I was welcome to respond to the e-mail in which I did on the 20/12/13, and up to today I have never heard anything again from Standard Bank. I wrote another e-mail on the 30/12/13 to Nkululeko Sithole & cc'd the Resolution centre, no one bothered to get back to me. Is this how clients are treated? Because at the end of they day the greedy bank will be deducting their % with no services rendered. As I can honestly say I have done EVERYTHING for these executors, from getting them the letter of executorship which took them months, picking up on their mistakes the list goes on & on.

WHERE IS THE FAIRNESS IN THIS???
