Cancellation??

I've been trying since Monday to get a hold of anybody at this place to cancel my policy. I've emailed them twice and called a few times, I'm not sure what more I need to do to get a response?? This is pathetic service and just another reason why I'm cancelling! Won't ever recommend this company or it's products and services to anybody!
