Oneplan Health Insurance
They dont understand what cancellation means

Policy number - 100308873

They deducted R 979 off my account after I have email/phoned numerous times to cancel my policy.
The same day I applied I cancelled. How hard is it to understand that I do not want anything to do with Oneplan.

I phone, get transfered because no one knows what is going on and then they drop the phone.

Please spare these people if they deduct off my account again.

CANCEL MY POLICY - WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT - hope you understand now???
