Why not ask or inform me

I went to nedbank Yesterday and did an application for a PL the consultant infomed me that it was pre approved and that it will be paid out by today friday for the latest.

I get a sms stating it declined The branch consultant called and they reply due to not being able to comfirm employment HR systems is down.

I want this matter resolved today 29/08/2013 I have a letter from my HR department that can comfirm my emplyment status please.
