We went into the bank to try and get statements and to start off Adina gave us options to save time. Secondly, she went out of her way to ensure we were helped and in good time. She was kind and professional to us and to other people too. She gave workable alternatives like a real person who understood people. Refreshing to get good service and over a lunch break when its busy. Perfect person to be the first person people interact with.
