Awesome service that shouldn't go unnoticed

I always seem to be experiencing bad customer service but this time I wanted to ensure that Good service didn't go unnoticed. My fianc? and I had made it to standard bank on Saturday just before they could close. We both had alot of account queries. Ntsiki was simply amazing! She assisted with patience and a beautiful smile. She was always polite and a real darling. I wish other banks would have more people like her. Needless to say we left the bank at 2 when the closing time was 1pm. Now that's what you call good service! Thank u Ntsiki and thank you standard bank! Because of people like you there is hope:)
