On the 5th September, during my lunch break, I needed to pay my account. There was only one person who could accept payments and she was busy. I asked if there was no-one else to help but the answer I got from one of two ladies on the floor (they were chatting...) was that the other lady was out on lunch! It does not make sense to have only one person who can help during a peak time when people need to run around and do such things as pay accounts? The very next store (Miladys) bent over backwards to accomodate me (and others who needed to pay).
