No proper report was given for my declined claim

After phoning for outcome of the claim for a month the claim was decline and was told that the damage was not covered. I have never been given a proper report as per the assessor.

I am taking this case up and need that report and evidence that the insurance based their decision on. I have been requesting it but no one has it and have been push from pillar to post. I you decline my claim then i deserve a report as to how you got to your decision is that too much to ask from any insurance?? Yahh 1st for women's credibility is questionable in this case to me??? All we need is a report and one has it in the company then who made that decision based on what??? I have been paying premium's monthly now they don't want to keep their bargain of the agreement!!! YAHHH INSURANCESS THAT IS THE STORY OF OUR LIVES IN THIS COUNTRY!!! CONSUMERS ACT PROTECTION STILL HAS A LONG WAY TO GO AND I AM READY TO TAKE IT WITH THEM IN THIS CASE
