FNB CAN NOT DELIVER AND BAD SERVICE

I have been trying to transfer accounts from southdale to keywest for 4 and a half months without any success. I am constantly being transfered from one person to another. NOW ONE TAKING RESPONSIBILITY TO TRY AND SORT OUT MY PROBLEMS.The original portfolio manager has been transfered and they can still not allocate a new portfolio manager. When you speak to the branch business manager he tells you to complain to the manager and even doing that did not help. and still no RESPONSE
If someone from FNB takes any interest they can contact me and i will give them the full detail
VERY POOR SERVICE LEVELS MUST BE DUE TO BEING A THIRD WORLD BANK
