Waiting 6 months to pick up a business credit card

I have experienced never ending problems since opening one of my business accounts with Absa. Infact in an attempt to get better service - I jumped from Pavillion, to Davenport, and then back to Pavillion - now realising that the problem is not with certain individuals but with all durban ABSA staff members. I am an ex-ABSA employee and worked at Joburg Homelaons Division for many years, and it appears that Durban ABSA groups run completely different to other regions... almost as if they forget that the branches are not self-owned, and that the same mission statement and values apply throughout. Firstly ABSA gives no assistance to small business's, and whereas my other business's have received plenty of asistance and advice from the banks that handle those portfolio's - being Std Bank and Nedbank... ABSA calls me after 2 years and offers me a credit card . to which I accept and am still waiting over 6 months to pick this up. My portfolio manager seems to completely forget about following up, or keeping me in the loop... and it is me that must constantly check on progress. My emails get ignored, promises are broken... Fees go up, service go's down!!!
