Overcharge of R800, no reason why, 5 days to repay

I love FNB as a bank but their insurance product is manned by completely incompetent staff and managers! First I already have a pending complaint from 31 July. One of their managers (Thembisile Zondo) assured me that she would resolve it, yet to date I have yet to hear back from her!
The latest in a list of their errors: an sms telling me that my account would be debited by R800 more than my normal monthly premium! When I called them about this I was told that Thembisile was off sick and ALL the other managers were out to lunch!
I eventually spoke with Thando Makwa (customer service rep) who told me that she could not see why the additional amount was to be debited, the only way out was for this amount to go off as per the sms and then 5 days later I would be refunded! Unacceptable! Only when I asked for an alternative did she say that I could get a stop order: also unacceptable as this would be at my cost! Why should I have to pay the price for their errors?
Much as I love FNB, their insurance direct is about to lose my custom and I will be telling all and sundry why!
