BAD SERVICE

On the 29th of August 2013, I went to the bank and wanted to do a payment of 12000 into an account, the payment was in small change (5 and 2rand coins)... the lady in front told me that she can't take the bags that she gave me (every bag was bagged according to what they told me ect. R5:r100:r2000 a big bag..-R2:R50:R1000 a big bag) and that I had to go to another branch 30km away..how come can't they take the money that they give the shops and the shops give to us back, now they want me to drive 60km on my expense to do a 12000 payment..why can't they give me service...
