Got home last night we were locked outside then I called to ask for help, got ref number and that was all well, then some 30 later, i called to make a follow up, call dropped, I then redialed and was asked to give them a chance to see what the latest was, fair enough, few minutes later I was told then someone will be at my place at 10h20 and they will call then to see if we have been helped. the locksmith was given a wrong address and when he asked about his response time, it was discovered that he was only called after my second (well 3rd call) and as result, looked like he took over an hour to come to my place even when he was driving from less than 5km, oh, that 10h20 call only came long after we were assisted! I hate!
