I want my Money R4000 paid in full

My card was cloned on third of July REF:3301326, standard bank refuses to pay mt the full amount of R4000 that was taken out from my account.they have told me that the card was blocked when the money was already taken out from account, that's not my fault they took their own time to answer their phones, the service i have received from standard bank is absolutely shocking this has caused me so much stress and i don't even have money for transport to go to work
I contacted tha complaints department REF:35719674 no luck they still want to pay me half, the fact that they are willing to pay me half means that they are responsible for all that has happened I'm not gonna accept that i want my money back and i need this account closed.
Ive been speaking to a lady named Shireen Hessen... 011 6416634 her line is forever not available and she did not help me.
