Absolutely Shocking Service!!!

In late November, Cell C Direct Sales Agent Lebogang Mafati contacted me regarding a fantastic exclusive promotion for loyal patrons. Naturally i was very interested in the offer. The offer was for a new cellular device, an Xperia C smartphone with a voice package included. Gladly i agreed to accept the offer. The Agent procured the device and arranged for delivery to my work premises. The device arrived a week late. Upon opening the box, i noticed the device in the box was an Xperia E and not the Xperia C as offered. Immediately i called the agent Lebogang to inform him of the incorrect device that was sent. Lebogang apologized profusely and promised he would fix the mistake and the correct phone would be sent immediately.
A week later another Xperia E arrived. Again, i contacted Lebogang to inform him of the same mistake. Lebogang responded very abruptly and was generally rude. He then told me he had made a typing error on the email he sent me and that there is no such an offer available for the Xperia C. I am very disappointed by the poor customer service Cell C adheres to. I have spoken to the following 6 Escalation consultants, Sipho, Busi, Sindisa, Mandla, Polisa and Elias.
