My name is Anna i am acting on behalf of my Husband Jonas Chabalala regarding his provident fund claim.
i made a follow up on Monday the following number 011 5018767 and i spoke to Lebogang and she told me that there are contributions that are not captured from June 2011 to July 2012, they are busy capturing and i must do a follow up next week tuesday which i did and she told me that they are still busy and why i am i calling because this is not my account Jonas must call them not me which is ok i domt hane a problem with that, i took my money i gave to Jonas tto call lebogang which he did and he recieved bad and disgusting service from Lebogang, so what must we do if Absa is treating their customers like this, i cant believe that such a huge institution like Absa can treat their customrs like this, i need somebody who is willing to work to assist Jonas in this regard his number is 079 786 2441, his ID number is 7310135406086
