Promised to call back by last Monday - didn't

I've been having countless issues with Cell C. I have not been getting any response from the networks departments and therefore tried to log another call.

I called technical support and spoke to some consultant to get my pre-paid internet package terminated and refunded. She couldn't help me and transferred me to Thabo at Cancellations. Thabo had a bad attitude and said I need to speak to the Follow-ups department when he transferred me to Lebogang. Lebogang could not help me and guess where I was transferred... Call Centre where I spoke to Nomfundo!

Nomfundo promised that the Billing department will call me by Monday (5 Aug) before 13:00. I am still waiting for that call.

My total time spent trying to get to someone was 27 minutes.

Please can someone from Cell C call me? And please rather don't respond on this Hello Peter message if "Cell C | PN" is going to tell me that someone will contact me shortly.
