I lodged a complaint on hello peter on friday as I was extremely dissasitfied with the level of service I received from std bank when applying for my re-advance. My case my handed over to Richard Motloung. I would like to thank him greatly for the excellent service he provided. After battling for weeks with my application, Richard was able to resolve it within a day. He kept me up to speed with all the developments and ensured that i received the level of attention I deserve. Thank you Richard - and everyone else that was instrumental in resolving my query
