After have much frustration in getting my car repaired, I can finnally say all is sorted, unfortunatly the first service providers work on my car was beyond Outsurances control, but the fact that I recieved complete support and help from Outsurance especially from Richard Newman, and Danie, has greatly restored my trust in Outsurance. Richard and his staff are a great compliment to Outusrance, the second Service provider provided me with great service and the repairs look top notch. I am again a happy customer. Thank you again to all involved in resolving this matter.
