Throughout my ordeal with standard regarding a further loan I applied for, didn't receive any pleasure in working with them.
As from November till yesterday that's when the matter was solved, attorneys included, it was a hassle, home loan consultants were not much of assistance.
It only took 3 days for Richard Motloung in the complains department to sort the matter out & my question is, must a project prolong till someone from complains department intervene.
I strongly feel Richard should train consultants from Home loans a thing or two regarding customer service & how to assess a query, he listens, he's objective & factual & knows what he's doing.
I commend him to grow, wish him all the best in whatever he wants to pursue in life, he's got what it takes & I am glad to say that my matter was solved satisfactorily.
